Horizon QC-S3000 Collator

The QC-S300 Collator features an advanced color touch screen operation panel and programming features that can be found commonly on more expensive suction feed collators. Boasting speeds that make this the worlds fastest tabletop friction feed collator with the ability to automatically insert tab sheets and dual cycling, this is truly a remarkable machine. The modular design of the system enables this 10 station collator to expand to 20 or even 30 bins and can be accessorized with the PS-P61 Corner Stapler and SPF9/FC-9 and F40 Booklemakers.

Horizon HAC 120

The HAC-120 12-bin friction feed collator features a powerful remote control and highly-reliable feeding at speeds up to 3,800 sets per hour. Up to four towers can be combined to form a 48-station collator system. Optional accessories include in-line stackers, and stitching, folding and face trimming units for in-line bookletmaking.

Advanced Automation
All necessary settings can be performed automatically through the touchscreen display. Even the fold roller gap adjustment is automated.
Non-stop Operation
A reject function allows non-stop operation. Errored booklets are rejected into the built-in reject tray so only good booklets are delivered to the conveyor.
Color Touchscreen
The 10.4 inch large color touchscreen features intuitive, icon-based operation for easy operation and quick troubleshooting.
High Speed Production
Maximum production speed is 4,500 books per hour with A5 booklets.
Quality Control
The wire feeding sensor and jog sensor are equipped to maximize productivity and efficiency. Optional mis-stitch detector and thickness detector are available for higher quality control. i2i System The SPF-200A/FC-200A can be enhanced with Horizon’s unique i2i network flow system.

Standard QC-300,SPF9a & Trimmer

Functional, versatile, and durable, the Model SPF-9 and Model SPF-9A Bookletmakers operate either automatically in-line with either QC-S Collating System or semi-automatically by feeding in the document set manually while in off-line mode. The SPF-9A is a fully automated set-up version of the SPF-9 that allows for push-button set-up in seconds by selecting any of the four popular preset paper sizes. It can also save time on non-standard paper sizes as it has two programmable memory settings. Both the SPF-9 and SPF-9A can staple and fold up to an 80-page booklet at speeds up to 2,100 sets per hour.

Standard VAC-100 & SPF/FC-200A

From 10 bins or 60 bins the VAC-100 is not only the most reliable Suction Feed System on the market, it’s also the most productive. For example 10 sheets can be collated into sets at over 9,900 per hour. Horizon’s unique Suction Rotor Feeding System lets you collate a wide variety of paper stocks, ranging from 52 gsm tissue paper to 208 gsm cardboard. The paper size can range from 120* x 148 mm / 4.8"* x 5.9" to 350 x 500 mm / 13.7" x 19.6". The VAC-100 can be combined with the Horizon SPF/FC series stitching, folding, and fore-edge trimming units to form an ultra-reliable bookletmaking system.
